Channel announced it has been listed among Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list. Prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility. We are grateful to be recognized for our company culture and its impact on our employees and organization.

Brad Peterson, Chief Executive Officer at Channel, said "We are deeply honored to be recognized on Inc.'s Best Workplaces List. At Channel, our mission is dedicated to fostering enduring and mutually advantageous partnerships, while investing in the growth and development of our employees within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. By aligning our mission with the goals of our employees, we cultivate a culture where everyone grows and wins together."

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

Mike Hofman, Inc. editor-in-chief, said, “Each year, Inc.’s Best Workplaces program recognizes the very best in terms of companies that have fostered a truly amazing culture. We use hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures for judging to find the very best—and we’re proud that the program is highly selective.”

“It is a privilege to work alongside such dedicated individuals who share an unwavering commitment to collaboration and team member well-being,” said Eli Sethre, Chief Financial Officer at Channel. “This nomination reaffirms our belief that investing in our team members not only enhances their individual experiences but also drives our team’s success and reflects our commitment to making Channel a great place to work.”

Channel is further grateful to be recognized for a commitment to excellence and collaboration in a growth-focused culture. Such extraordinary successes are attributed to the strength and dedication of the team and their enduring Partner relationships, fueled by mutual desire for continued growth and reaching new milestones that support the equipment finance industry and small business communities.
