Equify Financial Announces Key Promotions to Strengthen Leadership Team

Equify Financial, a leader in independent structured finance and dealer finance solutions, has promoted four distinguished team members to key leadership positions. These strategic promotions reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent from within and are pivotal to Equify's continued growth and success.

Korey Bateman has advanced from Credit Manager to Vice President of Credit. Since joining Equify, Bateman has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and a profound understanding of credit management. His significant contributions to the credit department have advanced Equify's credit operations. In his new role, Bateman will lead the credit department, focusing on strategic initiatives and enhancing overall departmental performance.

Lisa Burks has risen from Documentation Manager to Vice President of Documentation. Burks’ journey at Equify began as a Documentation Specialist, where her leadership and meticulous attention to detail quickly became evident. She has played a crucial role in enhancing Equify’s documentation processes and building a robust documentation team. As Vice President, Burks will continue to spearhead innovation in this vital area, ensuring that Equify’s documentation remains accurate, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

Rick Paryl has moved from Senior Credit Analyst to Credit Manager. Paryl's analytical acumen, dedication to Equify, and entrepreneurial approach to credit have made him an invaluable team member. In his new role, Paryl will manage the credit analyst team, oversee credit deals, and provide guidance and support to ensure his team members' continued success and development.

Yolanda Uscanga has been promoted from Documentation Specialist to Financial Operations Specialist. Uscanga's commitment to accuracy and exceptional customer service has been pivotal in her role as Documentation Specialist. In her new position, Uscanga will apply her expertise to financial operations, enhancing the team’s efficiency and ability to better serve customers.
