International Decision Systems (IDS) announced the hiring of Ng Leong as Vice President of Global Services responsible for global customer success.

Mr. Leong brings over 20 years of big-four consulting and in-depth services experience to IDS.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Professional Services at Flexera Software where he was instrumental in helping the company dramatically increase business volume by transforming its consulting and services organizations. Previously, Mr. Leong held senior services management positions at EMC Corporation, CA Technologies, and BearingPoint, Inc., and led consulting practices at Deloitte Consulting and Price Waterhouse, LLC.
 
As Global Services leader, Mr. Leong will be responsible for IDS Professional Services and Support.  In this role, he will be dedicated to implementation project success and nurturing positive ongoing customer relationships.
