Gateway First Bank announced Brett Myers has joined Gateway’s banking team as the Tulsa Market President. In this role, he will oversee all retail and commercial banking activities, including large lending, small business, treasure Management, and wealth management.

A Tulsa native, Myers has over 15 years of experience in the Tulsa financial industry, specializing in complex financial analysis, relationship management, and industry analysis.

He recently spearheaded the regional and healthcare banking sectors at a prominent Tulsa-based bank. His previous roles include a significant executive position at a major regional bank, where he managed private banking, retail, marketing, and various fundamental banking operations within the Tulsa area.

“It has been exciting to watch Gateway grow and develop as a bank these past five years,” said Myers. “I’m excited to join a young team committed to creating a customer-centric experience and products.”

Myers is a past board member of Emergency Infant Services and is still active with the organization as a volunteer. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Tulsa and later earned his MBA in finance/accounting from Oklahoma State University.
