He represents developers, lenders and entrepreneurs in connection with the financing, development and re-development, leasing, management and sale of commercial real estate.  He also represents commercial lenders and investors in connection with the financing of commercial real estate properties and handles matters involved with the structuring, merger, acquisition and disposition of business entities.
