It has been a pleasure to work with P & R’s President, Dave Polack through this process and we are thrilled that he will continue to lead the team on Vancouver Island as we go forward. The continuity of the P & R leadership team will enable us to achieve the best of both worlds – a locally led team with total focus on the Vancouver Island market, supported by the resources, processes and functional teams of the Velocity organization. We want to personally welcome everyone from P & R to the Velocity organization, and we look forward to meeting customers on the island in the coming months.”
P & R President Dave Polack added, “We are thrilled to welcome Velocity to Vancouver Island and look forward to taking advantage of their resources to better serve our customers. We are convinced this will be a benefit for our customers and our staff as well. The commitment to customer service was a real area of similarity for the organizations and I am excited for the benefits that will happen as a result of the increased focus on training, education, and support. Also, Velocity brings a real expertise in electric vehicles and an even deeper relationship with Daimler Trucks,”
