Genesis Bank announced Dustin Andres was promoted to First Vice President, Head of Business Development Team. In this key sales and management role, Andres will be instrumental in driving the Bank’s growth in client relationships, go-to-market strategies, and community engagement. Additionally, Andres will oversee the Bank’s team of business development professionals and work directly with all business lines to deliver its comprehensive suite of commercial products, services and solutions to clients.

Andres initially joined Genesis Bank in February 2022, most recently serving as Vice President, Income Property Banking, where he was responsible for managing the sales cycle for commercial and multifamily real estate clients. Additionally, Andres contributed towards the growth of the Bank’s Commercial, Fiduciary and Specialty, Escrow, and Section 1031 Exchange Divisions, successfully serving numerous small to mid-sized businesses, property managers, and commercial real estate investors, owners, and operators. Prior to Genesis Bank, Andres worked in public accounting at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, where he provided financial statement audit services to clients in the real estate, education, and non-profit industries.
