Heritage Bank of Commerce, a subsidiary of Heritage Commerce Corp., announced the promotion of Kimberly Bohn to Homeowners Association (HOA) Specialty Banking Division President. In her new role, Bohn will lead and continue to build all aspects of the Bank’s HOA business while pursuing expansion opportunities. The Bank also announced the retirement of Executive Vice President Teresa Powell, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

“Teresa and Kimberly have worked together for three decades and we're thrilled that Kimberly will now be leading our team of HOA specialists,” said Clay Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With her extensive experience at both community banks and large financial institutions, Kimberly is the ideal leader to drive HOA Specialty Banking efforts forward. During Teresa’s time at HBC, she has made significant contributions to build and grow our HOA business and we wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.”

Bohn joined Heritage Bank of Commerce in 2015 as Senior Vice President, HOA Operations and became Senior Vice President, HOA Business Manager in 2022.
