Evolve Bank & Trust has named Rob Lance Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, for the Jonesboro Banking Center.

“Over the last six years, Rob has cultivated substantial investments in the Jonesboro market,” said Randy Reynolds, President, Arkansas Banking Division of Evolve. “He has become an invaluable asset to the growth of area businesses and is also a respected member of the community, which is critical to our mission as a local bank.”

Lance has held similar positions at other financial institutions for over 20 years. Prior to joining Evolve in 2018, he served as Vice President of Lending at First Security Bank, Jonesboro.

Lance received a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from Arkansas State University. He is very active with his church and many community organizations such as the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, St. Bernards Advocates, Jonesboro University Rotary Club and the United Way of Northeast Arkansas.
