Star Hill Financial LLC, an equipment and franchise finance company, announced the addition of Liam Ende to Star Hill’s Leadership Development Program.

The program was launched to encourage recent college graduates to pursue a career in the industry.

Prior to joining Star Hill, Ende attended the University of Connecticut and graduated as an Honors Scholar from UConn’s Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. “Finding an internship during my junior year of college due to Covid-19 and getting the in-person experience was rare as many companies were either remote or a hybrid model. I was fortunate to find Star Hill and be in the office environment daily,” said Ende. “I spent most of my internship supporting Sales and Credit. My mentor, Christopher Wellbrock, suggested I apply to the LD program to fully understand the ins and outs of an independent finance company. As graduation was approaching, I thought it would be beneficial to apply to the program.”
