Fleet Advantage announced Chief Marketing Officer Katerina Jones has been honored as one of three Trailblazer Top Brand Innovators by the Transportation Marketing and Sales Association (TMSA) for the second year in a row, as well as a Top Woman In Grocery by Progressive Grocer, to finish out the first half of 2023.
The TMSA Top Brand Innovators award recognizes individuals in the transportation industry whose achievements, performance, and vision have helped shape their company or the industry at large. According to TMSA, a panel of industry veterans and non-biased judges selected companies and individuals for their excellence in sales or marketing accomplishments in the past 12 to 18 months.
Playing a significant role in the success of Fleet Advantage’s business operations, Jones is credited for building Fleet Advantage’s brand through consistent educational messaging providing a leading voice in the industry, while helping to acquire new high-profile clients.
Under her marketing guidance, the brand shines as a pioneer and innovator of various campaigns, data analytics and environmental stewardship. Most recently, she helped develop and launch Fleet Advantage’s EV Life Cycle Cost Analysis Tool EVAN (Electric Vehicle Analytic Navigator) and in 2022, she co-authored an essential report: “The Future of Heavy-Duty Trucks; Building a bridge to alternative energies for U.S. long haul transportation - the backbone of our national supply chain.”
The Progressive Grocer Top Woman In Grocery Award recognizes women employed in all sectors of the grocery industry for above-and-beyond achievements attained over the past year, whether it's taking on additional work responsibilities, inspiring others, or even advancing their local community. Jones was awarded in the Senior-Level Execs category.
Jones was recognized because of her direct impact on shaping America’s grocery fleets through her focus on thought leadership and her strong advocacy of custom asset management strategies with a pioneering emphasis on ESG goals and objectives. In addition to her community involvement, Jones was also awarded for her focus on mentorship, as she is helping shape the women of her organization, as well as other industries, helping to elevate their careers.
“We are extremely proud of Katerina’s well-deserved recognitions as a Trailblazer Top Brand Innovator and Top Woman In Grocery. These awards reflect Fleet Advantage’s growing influence across diverse industries,” said Brian Holland, President, and CEO of Fleet Advantage. “Her wealth of expertise combined with her mentorship and committee position presence within industry-related organizations shows she is more than deserving of these honors, and we look forward to continue supporting her initiatives.”
