Utility Sales & Service, Inc. (USSI) announced the acquisition of aerial equipment rental specialist Power Equipment Leasing Company of Romeoville, IL. This gives Appleton, WI-based USSI a provider of aerial vehicles and specialty trucks, a comprehensive sales, parts, service, and rental program capability with an expanded market and service territory.

Rental Options for the Upper Midwest

“Through this acquisition, USSI now brings over 50 years of rental experience to give aerial lift truck customers throughout Wisconsin, Michigan and the upper Midwest more equipment options,” said Ted Breidenbach, CEO of USSI. “Similarly, Chicago and Illinois truck users can now access USSI’s wide-ranging sales, service, and parts support.
