Tamarack Technology, Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-based automation and business intelligence software designed for the equipment finance industry, has added Rachel Rouillard, CLFP, to its professional services team. In her role as a Senior Application Cnsultant, Rouillard will be responsible for guiding the successful implementation of client projects.
“Today, clients are looking for integration of processes across a variety of platforms,” said Chad Carlson, Director of Development Services at Tamarack Technology. “With the addition of Rachel to the Tamarack team, we’re expanding the depth of our capabilities and experience. She is a multi-talented professional with the finance technology acumen to develop integration strategies that drive digital transformation.”
A seasoned leader in improving accuracy and efficiency in business and technical processes, Rouillard brings to Tamarack experience from both Direct Capital/CIT Bank and N.A./First Citizens Bank. As a solutions analyst, she led teams of consultants, developers, and business leaders through the design and build of a completely custom originations solution on the Salesforce Enterprise platform. The new system was implemented across several business units in disparate locations, which were consolidated into the new platform and required the cleansing and migration of data, building of a new data warehouse and integration of surround systems. In this role, she also designed a general ledger module for a custom loan application, oversaw database consolidation, led multiple projects for enhancements and customizations to several internal systems and redesigned/implemented the Sales Tax process.
Prior to First Citizens Bank, Rouillard held a similar position with Maine-based Arkatechture. In this role, she consulted as a data analyst and SQL developer, led credit card system migration and the implementation of accounting system modules. Earlier in her career, Rouillard held accounting roles including business tax, controllership, and financial analysis.
A resident of Eliot, ME, Rouillard graduated magna cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in accounting and information sciences. She earned her Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation from the CLFP Foundation in 2022.
