Blue Bridge Financial announced that Geoffrey F. Pritchard, CPA, has recently joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Pritchard served the previous 5 years as the deputy CFO and Financial Controller with the Buffalo City School District where he oversaw the district’s $1 billion annual budget.
In his new role, Pritchard will be responsible for all financial oversight of Blue Bridge Financial’s operations, including its bank sales, portfolio servicing and loan documentation departments. Speaking on the new opportunity, Geoff said “I am excited about joining Blue Bridge Financial, already a recognized leader in the equipment finance industry and one of the fastest growing companies in the Western New York area. I look forward to building upon that success in growing our market penetration within the national equipment finance market.”

Prior to working in the Buffalo City School District, Pritchard held positions as CFO and VP of Finance with Security Savings Bank in Las Vegas, NV, AVP and Assistant Controller with Evans Bancorp, Inc., Analyst with HealthNow New York, Inc. and CPA with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Geoff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
