With an eye toward expanding and supporting local business development, Bank Rhode Island (BankRI) has grown its Commercial Banking Team. The bank hired Craig McKenzie as Senior Vice President, Franchise Banking.
In his role, McKenzie works closely with existing and prospective franchise owners and operators on lending options and business solutions specific to the needs of the franchise industry. He develops individualized strategies for clients through identifying the best financial products and services to manage and control operating costs, streamline cash flow, process payments, and more. In particular, he will focus on quick service restaurant franchise business, servicing customers throughout Rhode Island.

Prior to joining BankRI, McKenzie was a Vice President with Pacific Premier Franchise Capital and a Treasury Analyst for Dunkin Brands. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Northeastern University and earned his MBA from Suffolk University.
