This year has been another one of growth for Oakmont Capital Services (OCS). As the direct lender continues to increase its volume, it’s becoming increasingly important to further expand its operational teams. OCS announced two new hires and the promotion of Bill Chandlee from Operations Manager to Asset Manager.
“Since Bill joined the organization in 2017, he’s been a valued team member who possesses a passion for the industry. His specific skill set has made him an integral member of the operations team,” said Daryn Lecy, CLFP and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at OCS. “As our volume increases and our business grows, so will our customer collections interactions. As a result, OCS requires a dedicated manager to oversee these special circumstances and effectively work with our customers. Bill is the ideal person to handle this challenge.”
Chandlee will manage all collections activity, including the resale of off-lease and repossessed assets, as well as managing new operations team members. Chandlee has worked in the finance industry for nearly 20 years and specializes in collections, customer service, accounts receivable, administrative management and more.
“I’m excited to take my responsibilities to the next level with OCS,” said Bill Chandlee, OCS Asset Manager. “I’ve dabbled in collections for the organization for the past year, speaking with customers and getting to the root of payment challenges. I look forward to focusing my daily tasks on this critical business element, assisting both OCS and our customers.”
OCS also welcomes marketing and funding team members in its West Chester, PA office:
- Jacqueline Bernier, Marketing Events Coordinator, will focus on tradeshow organization, creating and tracking social media posts and trends, contributing to content creation, and handling administrative tasks for the marketing department.
- Gabrielle Vitelli-Clerico, Documentation & Funding Specialist, will support the funding team by reviewing customer documents, creating funding packages, requesting wires, and sending out notifications on prefunded and funded transactions.
