Alex VanDerToorn to Senior Vice President – IT Network and Application Support Manager. Van Der Toorn joined Lakeland in 2005 as a Network Analyst and held various positions within the IT department. In 2016, he was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Network Engineer I, to Assistant Vice President, Network Engineer Lead in 2017 and to Vice President, IT Network and Application Support Manager in 2021. Van Der Toorn holds an associate’s degree in microcomputer technical support from the County College of Morris and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He is a graduate of the 2020 Lakeland Bank L.E.A.D. Program and was a recipient of the NJBankers 2021 Emerging Leaders Rising Star Award. Van Der Toorn resides in West Milford, NJ.
Aruna Vaddiraju to Senior Vice President – Business Analysis and User Experience. Vaddiraju joined the Bank in 2021 as Vice President, Business Analysis and User Experience Lead. Prior to that, she was Lead Business Analyst at Prudential Group Insurance in Roseland, NJ Vaddiraju holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from Andhra University. She is an ICAgile Certified Professional and is a resident of Parsippany, NJ.
Annette Muldowney to Vice President – ServiceNow Lead. Muldowney joined Lakeland Bank as Assistant Vice President, ServiceNow Lead in 2022. Prior to that, she was ServiceNow Program and Development Manager at Hillsborough County in Tampa, FL. Muldowney has over 20 years of technical management experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in arts and history at University of South Florida and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Muldowney also holds certifications in ITIL Operational Support and Analysis, ITIL IT Service Transition, and ITIL Foundations V3. She resides in Plant City, FL.
Christine Keaveney to Vice President – Consumer Loan Officer. Keaveney joined the Bank in 2017 as Assistant Treasurer, Consumer Loan Officer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Consumer Loan Officer in 2018. She has more than 29 years of industry experience. Prior to Lakeland, Keaveney was Assistant Chief Lending Officer at Schuyler Savings Bank in Kearny, NJ and prior to that, Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending Officer at Sussex Bank in Rockaway, NJ. Keaveney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from William Paterson University with credits towards a master’s degree. Keaveney resides in Pompton Plains, NJ.
Glenn Lucchi to Vice President – Credit Analytics Specialist. Lucchi joined Lakeland in 2018 as Assistant Treasurer, Credit Specialist. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Credit Specialist in 2019 and to Assistant Vice President, Credit Analytics Specialist in 2021. Prior to that, Lucchi was a Credit Analyst at SB One Bank in Rockaway, NJ. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Montclair State University. Lucchi resides in Morris County, NJ.
Julianne DePue to Vice President – Senior Consumer Loan Servicing Manager. DePue joined the Bank in 2019 through the Highlands State Bank acquisition where she was Senior Vice President, Loan Operations. She has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Previously, DePue was Assistant Vice President, Loan Servicing Manager at Sussex Bank. She resides in Frankford Township, NJ.
Neeraj Chandaliya to Vice President – Digital Solutions Architect. Chandaliya joined Lakeland in 2021 as Assistant Vice President, ETL and MuleSoft Developer. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, he has held positions as Data Architect, Senior Information Technology Manager and Associate Director of Product and Technology. Chandaliya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics engineering from VJTI Mumbai University and a Master of Science degree in management information systems from Texas A&M University. He resides in Monroe Township, NJ.
Susan Olsen to Vice President – Change Management Analyst. Olsen joined the Bank in 2021 as Assistant Vice President, Change Management Analyst. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, she has held positions as Director, Change Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager Consultant at various financial institutions including Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Prudential Financial and UBS Financial Services. Olsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from St. Peter’s University. She earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Olsen also achieved a Lean IT Foundation certification, an ITIL Foundation Certification, and an ITIL Service Transition Certification.
Michele Jacobs to Vice President – Management Accounting. Jacobs joined Lakeland in 2000 as an Imaging Operator and transferred to Deposit Operations as a Deposit Operations Clerk in 2005. In 2010, she transferred to the Finance department as an Accounting Clerk, was promoted to Management Accounting Assistant in 2013 and to Assistant Treasurer, Management Accounting in 2015. Jacobs earned an associate’s degree in Applied Science and Accounting with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from DeVry University. She is a graduate of the 2022 NJBankers Leading on the Cutting-Edge Program and a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Golden Key Honor Society. Jacobs resides in Franklin, NJ.
Danielle DiVietro to Assistant Vice President – Branch Operations Coordinator. DiVietro joined the Bank in 2019 through the Highlands State Bank acquisition as a Personal Banking Consultant. She transferred to the Branch Administration department as Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Coordinator. DiVietro holds a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. She resides in Hamburg, NJ.
Eddy Ortiz to Assistant Vice President – Systems Engineer. Ortiz joined Lakeland in 2021 as Assistant Treasurer, Systems Engineer. With 10 years of industry experience, he worked for a Manage Service Provider where he gained skills in multiple areas of information technology. Ortiz holds certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, VMware VCTA-DCV, Cisco Meraki Network Operator, ITIL 4 Foundation, ConnectWise Manage Engineer, Datto Technical Specialist, and Webroot Endpoint Technical. He resides in Oak Ridge, NJ.
Kevin Conklyn to Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Manager – CML. Conklyn joined Lakeland in 2016 as a credit intern before transitioning to a Junior Credit Analyst. He was promoted to Credit Analyst in 2018 and to Senior Credit Analyst in 2019. Then he was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Portfolio Manager in 2020 and Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager on the Montville Commercial Lending Team in 2022. Conklyn holds a bachelor’s degree in finance & applied analytics from Bryant University and resides in Hopatcong, NJ.
Mihir Desai to Assistant Vice President – Credit Specialist. Desai joined Lakeland in 2021 as Assistant Treasurer, Credit Specialist. Prior to that, he was a Credit Technology Analyst at Provident Bank in Iselin, N.J. Desai holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in business analytics from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Rutgers Business School. He resides in Carteret, NJ.
Pete Markovic to Assistant Vice President – Network Operations Center Engineer. Markovic joined the Bank in 2021 as Assistant Treasurer, Network Operations Center Engineer. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he was previously a Systems Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a consultant for Merck Pharmaceuticals. Markovic resides in West Orange, NJ.
Telizabeth Lopez to Assistant Vice President – Treasury Management Sales Officer. Lopez joined the Bank in 2007 as a Teller in our Caldwell office. In 2016, she transferred to the Commercial Lending department as an Administrative Assistant. In 2020, Lopez transferred to the Treasury Management department and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Sales and Service Specialist. In 2021, she was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Management Sales Officer. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from Caldwell University. She resides in Pine Brook, NJ.
Teresa Eckert to Assistant Vice President – Quality Control Administrator. Eckert joined Lakeland in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant for the Sussex Lending Team. In 2017, she transferred to the Loan Administration department as the Administrative Assistant – Compliance, QC and Baker Hill. In 2018, Eckert was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Administrative Assistant – Compliance, QC and Baker Hill. She holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts and accounting from the County College of Morris. Eckert resides in Pennsylvania.
Amanda Sundberg to Assistant Treasurer – Internal Audit Associate. Sundberg joined the Bank in 2019 as an Internal Audit Intern before transitioning to an Internal Audit Associate in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in criminology and a Master of Science degree in accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Anisfield School of Business. Sundberg resides in Jefferson, NJ.
Ashley Baram to Assistant Treasurer – CML LOS Senior Administrator. Baram joined Lakeland in 2019 as the Administrative Assistant – Baker Hill where she obtained her Baker Hill System certification. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Writing and Music Studies from William Paterson University and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in business analytics at Montclair University’s Feliciano School of Business. Baram resides in Oak Ridge, NJ.
Sheri Dragone to Assistant Treasurer – Senior Report Developer. Dragone joined the Bank in 2020 as a Senior Report Developer with more than 19 years of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in quantitative business analysis from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Dragone resides in Montville, NJ.
