CIT, a division of First Citizens Bank, announced Diana Jackson has joined its Equipment Finance-Industrial business as a Vice President and National Business Development Officer.
In this role, Jackson will be responsible for developing and maintaining vendor programs with OEMs and very large dealers in the construction, transportation, material handling and manufacturing sectors. She will report to Harold Ray, who leads the Industrial business for CIT Business Capital.

Prior to joining CIT’s Equipment Finance-Industrial group, Jackson worked as a Strategic Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Bidadoo, an online auction service specializing in the buying and selling of used heavy equipment. Earlier in her career, she served as a sales representative for Motor City Rentals and Sales, which deals in new and used heavy equipment.
The Equipment Finance-Industrial business is part of CIT Business Capital, which empowers small and mid-size businesses by providing equipment financing solutions via technology-enabled platforms and market leading structuring expertise.
