The Equipment Finance Cares Pennsylvania event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Auxilior Capital Partners Headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

The “Human Side of Leasing” panel, moderated by Lisa Rafter from The Monitor includes Hollis Bufferd, Star Hill Financial; Kareem Jernigan, Leasing Associates; Jennifer Martin, CLFP, Key Equipment Finance; and Sharon McGarvey, Odessa. Topics of discussion are to include mental health of employees, DE&I, engaging with the younger work force and women in leasing.

The “Best Practices” panel, moderated by Mike Toglia, Equipment Finance Advisor, includes Rene Paradis, Auxilior Capital Partners; Tom Lyle, CLFP, HPS Global Leasing; Donna Yanuzzi, 1st Equipment Finance, and Joe Leonard, CLFP, Oakmont Capital Holdings. The panel will focus on sharing thoughts on industry best practices.

Equipment Finance Cares is a platform that showcases how equipment finance professionals and organizations are giving back to their respective communities.  Foundations currently showcased for this event includes Love Life Now, Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, Chris Walker Educational Fund, Cookies, The Epic School, St Anthony’s Academy and Magic Charities.

Lovern Gordon from Boston Financial and Love Life Now Foundation will be the event’s featured speaker.

The day will conclude with a networking and fundraising event for Magic Charities.
