First Business Bank has added Marcus Riccio as Assistant Vice President – Commercial Banking.

Riccio has more than eight years of experience in finance and banking, along with over ten years of experience in sales and marketing. His main areas of focus in Commercial Banking are manufacturing, construction, and service companies. Previously, Riccio served as Assistant Vice President – Relationship Manager at Associated Bank.

He is a member of the Emerging Leadership Board with the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, Madison Area Development Corporation’s Venture Debt Committee, and other local charitable efforts.

Riccio received both his bachelor’s degree in Geography and Economics and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
