Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine have honored Liventus as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in Chicago. This is the company’s first time being named to this list, coming in 27th place. Liventus is a full-service and global business solutions technology company.
The Best Workplaces in Chicago list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified organization and headquartered in the Chicago metropolitan statistical area.
Earning a spot means that Liventus is one of the best companies to work for headquartered in Chicago.
This year’s Best Workplaces in Chicago award is based on employee feedback collected through America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. In that survey, 93 percent of Liventus’s employees said Liventus is a great place to work. This number is 57 percent higher than the average U.S. company.
“We’re excited and honored to earn the Great Place to Work certification, which shows that 93 percent of employees say Liventus is a great place to work, and 100 percent of our customers would rate the service we provide deliver as ‘excellent.’ We are dedicated to providing our team the best experiences possible to fulfill them both personally and professionally, and this certification supports that our efforts are working,” said Dan Levin, President of Liventus.
Some of the Liventus benefits include:
- Remote work-from-home lifestyle
- Medical benefits (medical, dental, vision, health savings account, life, and disability coverage)
- Well on target physical and mental fitness counseling
- Life insurance plan options
- Career growth
- Flexible schedules and flextime bonuses
- Company virtual happy hour and trivia events
“As employee demands and expectations have dramatically changed over the past year, these companies have risen to the occasion—and it’s not been easy,” said Kim Peters, Executive Vice President of Global Recognition, Research & Strategic Partnerships at Great Place to Work. “Their hard work and dedication to listen to and care for the well-being of every employee and support them in a way that’s meaningful to all is the standard all organizations will be held to.”
