Maxim Crane Works, L.P., the largest crane rental and lift solutions provider in the world, announced Sonja Narcisse as Chief Human Resource Officer. In this role, Narcisse will be responsible for leading the company’s centralized human resources for Maxim’s national branch footprint, including talent management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

Narcisse has been a leader in all aspects of human resources for more than three decades. She most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a private equity company in the pet care industry. Before this, Narcisse was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resource Officer at Tronox and the Vice President of Human Resources for Heinz North America. She also served as the Group Vice President of Human Resources for Alcoa and spent 22 years with Weyerhaeuser, an international forest products company.
