Midland Equipment Finance, a division of Midland States Bank, announce Frederick Van Etten, Midland Equipment Finance President, was named to Arizona State University Alumni Association’s Sun Devil 100 Class of 2022.
The Sun Devil 100 is an annual awards program that recognizes the fastest-growing alumni-owned or -led organizations. To be considered for the Sun Devil 100, companies must be ASU alumni-owned or -led; have been in business for at least three years; have revenues of $250,000-plus for the past three years; and operate in a manner consistent with the ASU Charter.
“I am very honored to be recognized by ASU for this award,” said Van Etten. “My management team and Midland States Bank certainly share in this award with me.”
Van Etten has been President of Midland Equipment Finance since its inception in 2017 and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business in 1977.

Van Etten will be honored by the ASU Alumni Association in Tempe, AZ, on April 28.
