Fleet Advantage announced Senior Vice President of Fleet Operations Brian Antonellis, CTP and Senior Vice President of National Accounts Don Davis were recognized as 2022 Pros to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Every year, Supply & Demand Chain Executive recognizes outstanding executives and professionals whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage the supply chain for competitive advantage.
A member of the Fleet Advantage senior management team, Antonellis possesses over 20 years of experience with national organizations with private fleets and has a keen understanding of fleet operations, asset management and equipment procurement. His extensive private fleet experience has helped Fleet Advantage provide a higher level of customer service to clients. Under Antonellis’ leadership he revamped the company’s fleet operations department and added new service offerings. What’s more, his strong manufacturer relationships have helped clients secure critical build slots at a time when new truck procurement is extremely challenging for everyone in the industry.
Over the last year, Antonellis has worked extensively to leverage his vast experiences to help clients become more efficient, lowering their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and helping customers reduce their fleet emissions. He has also spent his entire career serving and excelling in every possible operational/management role inside of a fleet, which allows him to offer direct leadership and education to each person he has worked with along the way.
Davis has a significant impact on the way supply chain organizations view their TCO and asset acquisition. He has the unique ability to support food supply chain organizations through improving their safety and sustainability goals, while also helping them to reduce their maintenance and repair expenses. Davis has served North America’s top private fleets in the broader supply chain industry for nearly three decades, where he manages key client relationships for Fleet Advantage, with over 85 percent of clients fitting into the food supply chain industry and distribution verticals.
Through his leadership and expertise, Davis has significantly helped clients better align with broader supply chain strategies by driving bottom-line-preserving cost savings, reshaping clients’ asset life cycle strategies, and helping supply chain organizations realize and achieve new environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals that help reduce emissions and the overall carbon footprint. He has also been instrumental in advocating for and implementing Fleet Advantage’s Safety-First Program, which helps food distribution companies mitigate risk and upgrade into newer trucks with Advanced Safety Technology.
“Organizations in today’s supply chain are only as good as the people who drive each company, and having experienced leaders, such as Brian and Don, proves their commitment to helping our clients make the right decisions to improve efficiencies and bottom-line performance,” said Brian Holland, President and Chief Financial Officer of Fleet Advantage. “We are extremely proud of the expertise each possess and they are both part of the reason why Fleet Advantage is a leader in successful life cycle asset management strategies within the supply chain.”
