Midland Equipment Finance, a division of Midland States Bank, announced Jennifer Pavlatos has joined its Capital Markets Team as Assistant Vice President of Sales.

Jennifer’s industry knowledge will be an asset to our clients.”
In this role, Pavlatos will focus on acquiring, onboarding and managing middle-market relationships with peer banks, subsidiaries and independent leasing companies throughout the United States. Pavlatos brings more than 20 years of experience in equipment financing and commercial lending. Prior to joining MEF, Pavlatos held client-centric roles at several national equipment finance organizations. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
