Century Tokyo Leasing Appoints President of U.S. Markets

Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation announced the appointment of Tiger Ogawa as President of its wholly owned subsidiary, Century Tokyo Leasing (USA), Inc.   In his new role as President, Tiger will lead and oversee Century Tokyo Leasing’s Vendor Finance and Commercial Vehicle Finance businesses in the US market.

Tiger will report to Noboru Akatsuka, Managing Executive Officer of Century Tokyo Leasing’s Global Corporate Business Department. “We are well positioned to grow our current business and look forward to adding strategic business opportunities which accelerate growth and strengthen our company’s commitment to the US market under Tiger’s leadership” said Akatsuka. Tiger added, “I am excited to lead such a great organization with a first class team. It is with this team that Century Tokyo Leasing (USA) Inc will continue to serve its longstanding partners as well as adding new ones to fuel our future growth. This growth will come from expansion of our existing Japanese Owned Subsidiary business and the addition of funding US obligor business as well.”

Tiger joined Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Tiger was the Managing Director of Century Tokyo Capital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd where he spent the last 3 years building a nationally ranked leasing company.  Prior to moving to Malaysia, Tiger worked for 9 years in the US market as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Century Tokyo Leasing (USA).

Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation provides commercial finance and leasing services throughout Asia, North America and Latin America. The company was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
