Tina M. Carroll joins Peapack Capital, the equipment finance subsidiary of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, as Vice President, Senior Documentation and Operations Specialist. Carroll is responsible for the preparation and review of legal documentation pertaining to loan and lease transactions ensuring that the documents accurately reflect the approved structure and achieve proper lien perfection on the collateral securing such transactions. She also coordinates the due diligence, closing and funding processes with all parties, including customers, vendors, sources, internal and external counsel.

Previously, Carroll served as Vice President, Team Leader-Documentation at Citizens Asset Finance, a Division of Citizens Bank, N.A., Johnston, RI where she reviewed, identified and resolved documentation, booking, perfection and structural issues for all new and existing portfolio transactions. Additionally, she documented new transactions, assisted in relationship management and handled portfolio matters for large corporate relationships. Prior to that as Regional Manager, Settlement Agent at United One Resources, Inc. in Warwick, RI, she managed five satellite offices in RI and MA for a large title insurance firm based in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
