Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., named equipment finance veteran William (Bill) Allen a direct originator for its East Region.

Allen will report to Keith Tornichia, Vice President of New Business Development and East Region Manager for WCF. In his role, Allen will be responsible for direct originations in WCF’s direct lease and loan activities in the Southeast Region.

Based in South Carolina, Allen has spent more than 30 years in the equipment finance industry. Previously, he held senior sales roles covering the Southeast at US Bank, Synovus, Key Bank and GE Capital.
