Ivory Consulting’s Martin Klotzman, Senior Manager, Marketing and Product Management, was named Chair of the Emerging Talent Advisory Council.

The Emerging Talent Advisory Council (ETAC) is comprised of up-and-coming employees from Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) member companies. ETAC primarily focuses on encouraging industry professionals to become involved in the association early in their careers and on attracting the best and brightest to the industry.

“Serving two terms on the Emerging Talent Advisory Council has been an incredibly rewarding experience – both personally and professionally – and I am honored to Chair ETAC,” said Klotzman. “The more you put into your ELFA volunteer roles, the more you benefit. I look forward to working with the ETAC team on supporting younger industry professionals as they accelerate their career development by becoming active in ELFA volunteer roles. Additionally, I’m excited to join the ELFA Board of Directors in an advisory role on matters that both support younger professionals in our industry and seek to attract new talent to the industry.”

Over the last seven years, Klotzman has served on the Emerging Talent Advisory Council, the Service Providers Business Council Steering Committee and the ELFA Membership Committee. He has organized several regional networking events that assisted industry newcomers in expanding their professional networks and has helped recruit several organizations to become members of the ELFA. He has participated in the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation’s Guest Lecture Program on multiple occasions and regularly presents at ELFA events.
