Capital One Bank announced a significant expansion of its Dealer Services business with the appointment of three new sales officers. The new team members bring years of experience, a vast knowledge, and specialized industry expertise. The Dealer Services team is led by Michelle Carriere, Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Dealer Services, Capital One Bank.

These new professionals join a team that has worked with Capital One’s dealer partners in the South Central region of the country for more than 25 years.
The new team members include:
- Martin Pinckney joins Capital One Bank as a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Dealer Services Group in Atlanta, Georgia. He brings 18 years of experience in the auto finance industry to his new role, including 16 years with Capital One Auto Finance. He previously worked at AmeriCredit Financial Services, and has also served as General Manager and part owner of a multi-point automobile dealership. He holds a management degree from Georgia Southern University. Martin is responsible for commercial dealer client relationships in Georgia, South Carolina, and non-coastal Alabama.
- Lisa Tarrant has been appointed to the role of Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Dealers Services Group in Dallas, Texas, where she is responsible for growing and managing commercial dealer entities in North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Lisa has more than 16 years of extensive business development experience in diverse industries. Prior to joining Capital One Bank in 2012, Lisa participated in Bank of America’s Global MBA Leadership Program, spending four successful years growing their Dealer Financial Services group in Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from New Mexico State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
- Tim Redmond recently joined Capital One Bank as a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Dealer Services Group in McLean, Virginia where he is responsible for the mid-Atlantic region covering Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and the Washington, D.C. metro area. Tim brings to Capital One Bank more than 30 years of dealer financial services experience. For the past 16 years, Tim was a Relationship Manager for Bank of America’s Dealer Financial Services group. Tim has experience in all phases of commercial lending to the automobile industry specializing in floorplan lending, mortgages, term loans and related treasury management products. Tim attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management/University of Virginia.
The new associates join an experienced and high-performing team that includes:
- Jeff Edge, Regional Sales Manager for Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
- Brian Farley, Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region of the country, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
- George Town, Relationship Manager for Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Mobile, Alabama area.
- Kevin Stender, Relationship Manager for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
