Santander Holdings USA (SHUSA and Santander) announced Ashwani Aggarwal has been named Chief Risk Officer. Aggarwal will report to Santander U.S. CEO Tim Wennes. Ashwani joined Santander in 2019, and most recently served as Head of Risk Analytics & Chief Model Risk Officer.
In his new role, Aggarwal will oversee and provide strategic direction for the risk management and compliance programs at SHUSA and the Santander US businesses.
