Quality Leasing Adds O’Connor as Sales Consultant

Quality Leasing Co., Inc., the commercial equipment financing subsidiary of the Tom Wood Group, announced the hiring of its newest sales team member, Patrick R. O’Connor, CLFP. O’Connor joins Quality with more than 12 years of experience in various financial industry roles, most recently managing TimePayment Corp’s originations and syndications as its Director of Sales & Capital Markets.

As Quality Leasing’s newest Sales Consultant, O’Connor will leverage his extensive knowledge and network to increase the company’s commercial equipment financing footprint as well as contribute to the development of tech and process improvements currently underway at Quality.

The Indianapolis, IN-area financing firm has experienced significant growth over the past several years in both funding volume and personnel additions. While businesses across the country and particularly in the commercial equipment finance space are experiencing labor shortages, Quality Leasing’s Managing Director, G. Paul Fogle, CLFP, attributes his success at hiring to the company’s unique business model.

O’Connor will be working remotely from Quality’s satellite office in Exeter, NH. Prior to his TimePayment Corp tenure, O’Connor led business development for the Food and Beverage vertical at LeaseQ. Before LeaseQ, he held senior financial positions at Life Solutions Group, Concord Wealth Management, and New York Life. O’Connor holds a degree in Economics from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and earned his Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation in 2018.
