Aircraft leasing company AerCap is set to secure unconditional EU antitrust approval for its $30 billion bid for General Electric's aircraft leasing business, three people familiar with the matter said, Reuters reported. GE announced an agreement to combine its GE Capital Aviation Services business (GECAS) with AerCap Holdings N.V. in a deal worth more than $30 billion.
