Encina Equipment Finance, LLC (EEF) announced the addition of Brian Daley to the Commercial Team as Senior Managing Director, Commercial Leader. As the Commercial Leader, Daley will manage the direct originations efforts. He will report to Rick Matte, EEF’s President and Chief Operating Officer.

Daley joins Encina from Stonebriar Commercial Finance, where he was most recently Managing Director of Originations covering the West Region. Prior to Stonebriar, Daley was the National Leasing Leader for GE Capital’s Corporate Finance business. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has held various leadership roles within GE Capital including Senior Managing Director –West Region Leader and Managing Director – Regional Sales Leader. Daley’s earlier experience includes direct originations positions in the corporate aircraft and general industries platforms of GE Capital’s Commercial Equipment Financing division.

Daley holds a Bachelor of Science, Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration, Finance from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
