Encina EF Hires Four Across Commercial, Risk, Finance and Operations

Encina Equipment Finance, LLC (EEF) announced the addition of Keith Reilly to the Commercial team as Vice President, Todd Greenberg to the Risk team as Senior Vice President, Ana Rainone to the Finance team as Associate and Eva Bates to the Operations team as Analyst.

As a VP on EEF’s Commercial team, Reilly will have responsibility for originating indirect business for EEF through capital markets sources. He will report to Martin Ferguson, EEF’s Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. Reilly has been in the equipment finance industry for 11 years, holding various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, syndication and risk. Most recently, he worked at Truist Financial in the equipment finance group as a Director of Originations where he was responsible for originating equipment leases and loans for corporate and investment banking clients.

As an SVP on EEF’s Risk team, Greenberg will have both new business underwriting and portfolio management duties. He will report to Katie Branch, EEF’s Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining EEF, Greenberg worked at SLR Equipment Finance (formerly Nations Equipment Finance) for more than 10 years, holding various roles of increasing responsibility in underwriting and portfolio management with a focus on lease and loan transactions ranging from $1 million to $20 million.

As an Associate on EEF’s Finance team, Rainone will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day finance related operational activities. She will report to Tom Davidson, EEF’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining EEF, Rainone worked at Fortistar Capital for 14 years, where she most recently worked in the Accounts Payable department and played a key role in the development and implementation of a new employee time tracking system.

As an Analyst on EEF’s Operations team, Bates will have the responsibility of stewarding transaction information vital to EEF maintaining its perfection of security interests and compliance with credit facility requirements as well as daily cash applications, supplementing transaction closings, and acting as a custodian liaison. She will report to James Giaquinto, EEF’s Managing Director of Operations. Bates has been working as a paralegal for over 17 years.
