First Business Bank announced the promotion of Dawn Wilcox to Senior Director of IT Security & Compliance.

“For more than 25 years, Dawn Wilcox has consistently demonstrated a commitment to her responsibilities, coworkers, community, and to First Business Bank,” said Dan Ovokaitys, Chief Information Officer. “We are fortunate to have her caliber of dedication and knowledge at First Business Bank.”

Wilcox has more than 30 years of experience in information technology and management of information systems in the financial services industry, including nine years with the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation. She is an active member of InfraGard, FS-ISAC, and ISACA and volunteers for United Way. She attended UW-Madison and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Upper Iowa University.
