Fortune and Great Place to Work have honored First American Equipment Finance as one of the Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance. This is First American’s fifth time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in sixth place in the small and medium category.

Over the past five years, First American’s new business volume has grown substantially, from $414 million in 2015 to $1.48 billion in 2020. During this time, the company created over 100 new positions at its Rochester, NY, headquarters.

The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance is highly competitive. The award is based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 840,000 employees across the U.S. In the survey, 98 percent of First American employees said the company is a great place to work, 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.
