Alex Shields has joined Byline Financial Group as the Vice President, Sales Vendor Relationship Manager, specializing in the agriculture and construction equipment industry. In this role, he will focus on securing new dealer and manufacturer finance programs for the company.

With more than 20 years of experience in finance and equipment sales, Shields previously held the role of district sales manager-east, at Kaeser Compressors Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA. He also spent 12 years as the compact utility-national account program manager for Wells Fargo Manufacturers Dealer Finance Group.
