Independent technology and equipment lessor CoreTech Leasing, Inc. announced four of CoreTech Leasing’s professional services team, Amy Hall, Director of Lease Administration, Heather Broadwell, Lease Administrator, Jose Cortez, Accountant, and Robert Wallace, Sr. Account and Portfolio Manager, have achieved their Certified Lease & Finance Professional designation.

The expansion of the four newest CLFP designations exemplifies CoreTech’s commitment to excellence, industry best practices, and its mission to deliver unmatched value to its clients and partners.

The new CLFPs:

• Amy Hall, CLFP, is CoreTech’s Director of Lease Administration and an accomplished finance professional whose more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry illustrate her dedication to what is best in the profession she proudly serves. In her over a decade serving CoreTech, she exemplifies leadership.
• Heather Broadwell, CLFP, is a Lease Administrator who works directly with internal and external teams to ensure best practices are applied throughout the lease lifecycle and collaborates with all the key stakeholders to ensure a seamless lease experience from engagement through funding through end of lease-life.
• Jose Cortez, CLFP, Accountant, is an exceptionally diligent accounting professional with a demonstrated track record for driving efficiency and accuracy in risk management and financial reporting.  
• Robert Wallace, CLFP, is a Sr. Account and Portfolio Manager with over two decades of expertise in the nuances of the lease-lifecycle, refinancing and restructuring equipment leases, leadership, mentoring individuals and working hand-in-hand with both the sales team and CoreTech clients.
