Moritt Hock & Hamroff has announced that Jill T. Braunstein, formerly Counsel of the firm, has been elevated to Partner, that Brian P. Boland and Christine H. Price, formerly Associates of the firm, have each been elevated to Counsel, and that Stephen Breidenbach, formerly an Associate of the firm, has been elevated to Assistant General Counsel-Technology, effective January 1, 2021.

- Braunstein (Corporate) has over 20 years of experience focusing on corporate, M&A and securities related matters. She serves as a trusted business advisor to public and private companies, business owners, entrepreneurs, investors and private equity funds.
- Boland (Secured Lending) concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate and asset-based lending, including Small Business Administration financing. He represents national, regional and private lenders in connection with commercial mortgage loans, construction loans, secured transactions, syndicated loans and loan modifications.
- Price (Secured Lending) focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial lending and real estate matters. She represents national, regional and private lenders in connection with mortgage loans, construction loans, revolving credit facilities and term loans. Christine has navigated the world of government supported lending facilities including the closing of several complex Main Street loans in 2020.
- Breidenbach (Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology) serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology Practice Group within the firm’s Intellectual Property Department where he concentrates his practice in technology related legal matters, including cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
