Honour Capital announced Jason Kleinprintz has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
“Jason has an extensive finance and business management background, including over 12 years in leasing,” said Brian Slipka, CEO of Honour Capital. “He spent nine years at GE Commercial Finance, where he developed a keen interest in structuring and pricing financial transactions. This experience will serve our clients well.”
“After leaving GE, Jason has been a key contributor for the last 15 years to various companies in a large variety of corporate finance role,” Slipka said. “Jason concurrently ran a solo law practice for nine years, where he specialized in small business and employment law. For the last 13 years, he has owned and managed five small businesses, so he really understands business capital needs and the intricacies of fulfilling those needs in the most strategic ways possible.”
Kleinprintz is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He earned his J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
In addition to Slipka as CEO and Kleinprintz as CFO, the Honour Capital leadership team includes Shea Huston as President; Amber Benavides as Chief Credit Officer; and Shannon O’Toole as General Counsel.
