ENGS Commercial Finance Co., a Mitsubishi UFJ Lease and Finance company, announced it has again been awarded the Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune as one of the most dynamic and industry leading business in Chicago for 2020. This distinction is awarded annually to Chicago’s best employers in recognition of their commitment to developing and sustaining a culture of respect and integrity for its employees and customers, and that supports employee engagement and opportunity. This marks the third time ENGS has been awarded this prestigious award.
Over 3,300 Chicago area companies were invited to participate in an employee survey commissioned by the Chicago Tribune. Survey responses from employees were used to determine the top 71 Workplace winners. The survey measures several aspects of the workplace such as corporate culture and vision, management, and employee engagement and alignment.
“It is an honor to be recognized for the third year as one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces,” said Craig Weinewuth, CEO of ENGS Commercial Finance. “And it is even more meaningful given what we all have gone through this past year with all the COVID disruptions. Now more than ever, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our employees during these unprecedented times as they continue to deliver a very high level of customer care. It is a true testament to the commitment our employees have to our service driven culture.”
Jim Freund, Executive Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer, commented: “This recognition is particularly important because it is based solely on employee feedback.” Freund continued, “At ENGS, we are committed to ensuring our employees feel connected, valued, and respected. We want our employees to feel proud to work at ENGS Commercial Finance Co.”
