CWB National Leasing Launches Online Financing Portal

CWB National Leasing’s equipment financing customers can now access their agreements, update their information and apply for financing online with the launch of NLi Financing Portal.

The online portal is the latest addition to the National Leasing Interactive (NLi) suite of digital tools for business owners who finance equipment or offer financing themselves.

“We’re answering the call of our customers who want to stay connected to their finances and save time with online access,” said Michael Dubowec, President and CEO of CWB National Leasing. “With NLi Financing Portal, our customers have self-serve financing at their fingertips, whether they’re in the field, on the road or at a job site. It’s a big step in our digital transformation, which is all about helping Canadian businesses.”

NLi Financing Portal allows CWB National Leasing customers to stay up to date on information that traditionally requires a phone call, such as lease or loan agreements, banking information and invoices.

They can also apply for new financing within the portal — about a 30-second process. Previously released NLi products include the NLi Quoting Portal and NLi Go! for equipment dealers. NLi Quoting Portal allows dealers to provide their customers with instant financing quotes and process credit applications from within a portal. NLi Go! provides a similar service for equipment dealer websites by adding real monthly payment options and financing applications to their existing websites and product listings that their customers can use to apply any day, at any time.

“Creating these digital touchpoints is all about making things easier for customers to interact with us on their terms,” said Dubowec. “Our online tools go hand in hand with our tried-and-true traditional sales force and customer service. In person or online, our clients can expect the consistent reliability we’re known for.”
