Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., announced W. Keith Moore has joined the company to lead WCF’s capital markets organization.
As Senior Vice President and Group Head, he will work alongside a national team of industry veterans, including Steve Cusick and Andre Crompton, both responsible for indirect originations, and Justin Clark who handles sell-side syndications. Moore will be based out of the company’s Frisco, TX, headquarters but will work remotely in the Baltimore, MD, area.

Moore brings 33 years of experience to this role, most recently with BB&T (now Truist Financial) as Senior Vice President, Head of Structuring. During his tenure there, he also managed syndications efforts and the national sales organization. Additionally, his experience includes senior capital markets roles at Banc of America Leasing & Capital and LaSalle National Leasing Corporation, as well as sales and credit roles at MNC Financial Inc. (Maryland National Bank) and Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in finance from Johns Hopkins University.
