VFI Corporate Finance, a commercial finance company primarily involved in leasing capital assets throughout North America, announced the addition of Jessica Wilde as a Vice President and Senior Contract Attorney.
Wilde brings over 12 years of experience to the VFI team from the prestigious Salt Lake City law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough. While there, she practiced in the commercial litigation group. In addition to her legal duties, Wilde was a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Women Lawyers Group. In her new role for VFI, Wilde will be responsible for assisting with all legal aspects of VFI's contracts.

Prior to her law firm experience, she clerked for the Honorable Dee Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. She is a graduate of Touro Law School, where she earned Summa Cum Laude honors. Her strong legal background and commercial litigation experience will provide immense value to VFI as it continues forward.
