First Business Equipment Finance, LLC, a subsidiary of First Business Bank, announced that Mike Muscatello was hired as Vice President – Sales, Vendor Finance Group.

Muscatello joins the team with more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of equipment leasing and vendor financing. His expertise helps equipment suppliers develop programs to grow their sales while also assisting their customers to obtain the equipment they need to support their business. During his career, Muscatello has held several positions at different financial institutions, which enables him to see various ways to approach a specific sales issue.

He graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
