Bostonia Partners announced Ted Jenkins has joined its firm as a Managing Director. Jenkins’ focus is on expanding the firm’s work in financing energy and sustainable infrastructure assets for utilities, energy service companies (ESCOs) and their large customers seeking to improve efficiency and/or sustainability surrounding their purchase of electricity, gas, and water/wastewater services.
The financings implemented by Jenkins will include performance-based contracting and structures which optimize the tax and/or balance sheet implications for Bostonia’s issuer or investor clients. Bostonia provides investment banking, capital markets and asset ownership services for real estate, energy services, sustainable infrastructure assets and development projects. Since 1998, it has provided over $15 billion in financings for both government and private clients.
Prior to joining Bostonia, Jenkins served in a number of capacities including Group Managing Director of Structured Finance Solutions at PNC Equipment Finance, Founder of Global Structured Finance (GSF) Advisors, and Founder and Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Structured Finance Advisors, and Vice President at BTM Capital Corporation (affiliate of global bank, MUFG).
