Chicago Freight Car Leasing Co. named long-time employee Jay Wilensky to the role of Vice President, Accounting & Finance.  According to Chicago Freight Car Leasing President, Paul Deasy, "Jay has consistently modeled our values, demonstrated excellent collaborative leadership skills and has made many key contributions to our company's continued growth."

Wilensky, now in his 26th year with Chicago Freight Car Leasing, began his career in public accounting with KPMG, then known as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, & Co.  He joined Chicago Freight Car Leasing as assistant controller and took on increasing responsibilities during his tenure, most recently as Director of Accounting and Company Controller.  

Jay Wilensky is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington, where he studied business with a concentration in accounting. He and his wife Dina, and daughter Carly reside in Deerfield, Illinois.
