Lakeland Bank Promotes Nine Officers

Lakeland Bank announced nine officer promotions, including individuals in equipment financing and asset-based lending. The following were promoted:

  • Carol Wilson to Assistant Treasurer – Equipment Finance Administrator. Wilson joined Lakeland in 2007 as an Equipment Finance Coordinator, left to pursue other opportunities and was rehired for the same position in 2013.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in health administration from City College of New York.
  • Steven Breeman to Senior Vice President – Team Leader, Asset Based Lending.  Breeman joined Lakeland in 2009 as a Vice President, Relationship Manager for the Asset Based Lending team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ramapo College and is a graduate of the inaugural Lakeland Bank LEAD class.
  • Brendan Eccleston to First Senior Vice President – Deputy General Counsel. Eccleston joined Lakeland in 2017 as Senior Vice President – Assistant General Counsel. Prior to that, he was an Executive Vice President and General Counsel at ReadyCap Commercial in New Providence, N.J. Eccleston earned a bachelor’s degree from City University of New York and Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
  • Tracey Trovato to Vice President – Branch Manager. Trovato joined Lakeland in 2009 as a Part-Time Teller in our Rochelle Park office. During her career, she was promoted to multiple branch positions including Teller Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager and Branch Manager.
  • Dana Wagoner to Vice President – Internal Audit SOX Compliance Manager. Wagoner joined Lakeland in 2017 as an Assistant Treasurer, Internal Auditor Specialist. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in finance from William Paterson University and is a graduate of the inaugural Lakeland Bank LEAD class. Wagoner is a Certified Financial Services Auditor, recently obtained the COSO Internal Control Certificate and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Shannon Burden to Assistant Vice President – Call Center Assistant Manager. Burden joined Lakeland in 2008 as a Call Center Financial Services Provider. In 2014, she was promoted to Assistant Treasurer – Call Center Assistant Manager. Burden is a graduate of the inaugural Lakeland Bank LEAD class and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Glenn Lucchi to Assistant Vice President – Credit Specialist. Lucchi joined Lakeland in 2018 as Assistant Treasurer – Credit Specialist. With more than six years of credit experience, he was most recently a Credit Analyst at SB One Bank in Rockaway, N.J. Lucchi earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Montclair State University.
  • Mary Miller to Assistant Vice President – Branch Operations Coordinator. Miller joined Lakeland in 2004 as a Part-Time Teller of the Branchville office and advanced to other retail positions including Teller Manager, Personal Banking Consultant, Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Manager. In September 2018, she transitioned to the Branch Administration team as Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Coordinator.
  • Erin Rizzi to Assistant Vice President – Corporate Trainer. Rizzi joined Lakeland in 2012 as a Float Personal Banking Consultant of the Vernon office. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2014, Assistant Treasurer, Branch Operations Manager in 2015 and then transferred to the Training department in 2017. Rizzi earned an associate degree in office systems management from Berkeley Business College.
