Peter Thomas, one of the Foundation Directors says: "We are delighted that Tim has agreed to join us to contribute to our work on education, training and development. His world-class work in learning and development strategy, design, delivery and evaluation will help us better understand what the industry needs and help us to create solutions that serve those needs".
The Foundation's consultation paper on education 'New Routes to Professionalism, Recognition and Reward" is currently available for comment at http://leasingfoundation.org/education/ and will be used to drive the design of new education products and services in collaboration with the industry, training delivery partners and education institutions.
Progress on the Foundation's education initiatives will be discussed at the first Foundation Annual Conference on September 30 2013 at RBS in London where Tim Gibson, along with other Foundation speakers and invited experts, will be speaking.
